We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic teacher to join our dynamic and supportive staff at this beautiful Special Needs school, located in Cranleigh. We welcome applications from both ECTs (Early Career Teachers) and experienced educators.

Requirements:

• Provide support and teaching to Autistic pupils based on behaviour analysis, following individualised curriculum to help them achieve their full potential
• Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging, creative, and highly differentiated lessons tailored to individual learning styles and abilities
• Meet pupil's individual needs through effective support planning
• Undertake practical and theoretical training to ensure a satisfactory understanding and practice of teaching methods
• Lead and take part in educational visits and off sight activities with pupils (during school hours)
• Participate in team meetings to understand and implement all school policies on curricular matters

What We Are Looking For

• You must hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• A positive, can do attitude
• Demonstrate genuine empathy, patience, and resilience
• Experience working within a SEN environment is highly desirable, but a clear passion for and commitment to special education is essential
