Lift New Rickstones is graded 'Good' (November 2023) and has a state of the art building offering fantastic facilities for both students and staff. Over the last 8 years the academy has seen a huge increase in student numbers, with the number of students on roll more than doubling. The academy is a popular choice in the local area, is oversubscribed, and has added another new building to meet this demand.

About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and committed Teacher of Maths to join our established department.

The Maths team delivers a broad and challenging curriculum that develops deep understanding and equips students with the skills needed for higher education and beyond. Our experienced teachers are enthusiastic about their subject and dedicated to helping every learner succeed.

Through interactive lessons, hands-on activities, and innovative teaching methods, we make mathematics accessible, engaging, and enjoyable. We also provide targeted support at KS4 and KS5, including exam preparation strategies, extra help sessions, one-to-one tutoring, and differentiated instruction. Students are encouraged to extend their learning beyond the classroom through a range of extracurricular visits and enrichment opportunities.
