Project Manager - Civils / Structural - Netherlands

Salter Grange currently working with a fast-growing, innovative business with an ever-expanding client base that is looking to add to its team an experienced Project Manager coming from a Civils / Structural background to join them in Europe.

Groundworks, RC Frames and Structural Alterations specialists operating in Europe successfully delivered on several Data Centre projects and have a full order book over the next two years.

Project Manager Responsibilities:

• Manage projects with attention to detail, ensuring they are on time and within budget.
• Prepare and negotiate project agreements, making sure everyone understands the terms.
• Obtain necessary permits and licenses, ensuring high safety and environmental standards.
• Oversee on-site work to ensure it follows the schedule and budget.
• Effectively manage the site team and stay organized.
• Develop and follow health and safety plans.
• Monitor project costs and report any issues.
• Coordinate temporary works designs and issue permits.

Project Manager Requirements:

• Valid CSCS card and SMSTS;
• Experience in construction or a related degree.
• Experience with concrete/RC frame structures and basements.
• Good team management skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently and as part of a team.
