Location: Chipping Warden, Northamptonshire

Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday, 08:00–16:30 (37.5 hours per week)

Salary: £26,000 per annum

Contract: Temp to Perm (12 weeks)

Igloo is recruiting an Account Executive on behalf of a leading fleet solutions company. This role focuses on managing client accounts, ensuring service levels are met, and handling key administrative tasks.

The Role:

• Build strong relationships with clients and support account managers in performance reviews.
• Monitor customer KPIs and escalate service risks.
• Process bookings, amendments, and vehicle data in internal systems.
• Manage customer complaints, service delays, and escalations.
• Run daily reports and track fleet movements.
• Liaise with clients on vehicle de-fleeting, deliveries, and collections.
• Assist with administrative support, including compliance with service agreements.

The Person:

• Previous experience in automotive or logistics sectors preferred.
• Strong administration and customer service skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and willingness to learn new internal systems.
