The Role

As a Recruitment Advisor, you will play a critical role in executing the recruitment strategy, from advertising campaigns to managing candidate pipelines. You'll collaborate with hiring managers, maintain strong relationships with recruitment agencies, and ensure that all recruitment activities comply with company policies and legal requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement the annual recruitment plan and deliver timely solutions.
• Assist with the planning and execution of advertising campaigns.
• Build and maintain relationships with advertisers and recruitment agencies.
• Advise on cost-effective recruitment strategies and candidate sourcing.
• Conduct market research on competitive salary bands.
• Ensure recruitment processes are authorised, documented, and compliant.
• Manage vacancy publications across various platforms.
• Screen and interview candidates and manage assessment days.
• Produce recruitment metrics and reports to track success.
• Update job descriptions, interview questions, and adverts in collaboration with hiring managers.
• Provide training and guidance to managers on recruitment best practices.
• Collaborate on HR and recruitment projects.

What We're Looking For

We are seeking an experienced professional with:

• Extensive experience in high-volume, end-to-end recruitment.
• Strong HR generalist experience and a solid understanding of employment law.
• Proficiency in MS Office and applicant tracking systems.
• HR-related qualifications or CIPD (desirable) and experience in psychometric testing.
• A proactive approach to sourcing candidates and driving recruitment strategies.
