Level 3 EYFS TA

Location: Three Rivers, Hertfordshire

Contract: Full-time / Term-time only

We are looking for a committed and nurturing Level 3 Early Years Teaching Assistant to join our dedicated EYFS team in a welcoming school in the Three Rivers area. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in supporting our youngest learners to thrive, develop, and achieve their early milestones.

The successful candidate will work closely with the class teacher to deliver the EYFS framework, support individual learning journeys, and create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment where every child feels valued.

• Support the planning and delivery of engaging, child-centered learning experiences across the EYFS curriculum.
• Provide one-to-one and small group support to help children achieve developmental and academic goals.
• Assist with observing, recording, and assessing children's progress, feeding back to the class teacher.
• Promote positive relationships with children, staff, and parents/carers.
• Ensure safeguarding, health, and safety policies are followed at all times.

• Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or equivalent is essential.
• Experience working within an EYFS setting.
• Strong understanding of the EYFS framework and early childhood development.
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills.
• Warm, patient, and enthusiastic approach to working with young children.
