Plan and deliver engaging lessons aligned with the national curriculum
Foster a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment
Track and assess pupils' progress, identifying opportunities for growth
Work closely with your year group team, mentors, and the wider staff
Contribute to school life, initiatives, and community events
Reflect on practice and seek continual improvement
Primary ECT - KS1 or KS2 - What We're Looking For:
QTS (or pending QTS by September 2025)
A motivated, reflective, and enthusiastic approach to teaching
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Willingness to learn, adapt, and grow as part of a supportive team
