Learning Support Assistant - SEN Provision Lingfield£20,000 - £23,500 Monday-Friday 9am-4pm

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Learning Support Assistant to join a specialist SEN setting in Lingfield.

You will support learners with a range of needs including autism, SEMH, and complex learning difficulties, ensuring they can fully engage in both academic and vocational programmes.

Duties include:

• Delivering tailored support aligned with EHCP outcomes

• Supporting classroom engagement and participation

• Promoting independence and life skills development

• Maintaining accurate progress records

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• Previous SEN support experience

• A calm, adaptable and solution-focused mindset

• The ability to build positive, professional relationships
