The Role:
We are looking for a dynamic English Literature and Language Graduate Teacher to help deliver inspiring and engaging lessons across Key Stage 3, 4, and 5. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is eager to develop their teaching career and work alongside a dedicated team of educators. You will play a key role in ensuring that students reach their full potential in both English literature and language, supporting their academic and personal growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality lessons in English Literature and Language.
• Create a stimulating and supportive classroom environment where all students feel confident to explore and learn.
• Encourage critical thinking, creativity, and a passion for literature and language.
• Support students in their personal development and wellbeing.

Essential Criteria:

• A degree in English Literature, English Language, or a related field.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage and inspire students.
• A passion for English and education.
• Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
• Enthusiasm for learning and developing your own professional practice.

Desirable Skills and Experience:

• Some experience of teaching or tutoring (though not essential).
• Knowledge of the National Curriculum for English and exam board requirements.
• An understanding of innovative teaching methods and digital tools.
