Preferred Requirements:
  • Possess a Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a PGCE (Postgraduate Certificate in Education), demonstrating your commitment to excellence in the field of education.
  • Demonstrate extensive experience as a SENDCO, with a deep understanding of SEND, SEMH, and ADHD, and a proven track record of implementing effective strategies to support students.
  • Exhibit strong leadership skills, the ability to collaborate with a diverse team, and a passion for creating inclusive learning environments.
  • Showcase excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to effectively liaise with students, parents, and fellow educators.
  • Possess a keen eye for detail and the ability to navigate complex administrative tasks, ensuring seamless coordination of SEND provision.
