Care Home Manager

Home Manager - 36-Bed Residential Care Home Location: Watford Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 per annum (depending on experience) ? Full-Time Permanent Immediate Start Preferred

We're currently recruiting for an experienced, stable, and qualified Home Manager to lead a well-established, 36-bed residential care home that supports older people and individuals with dementia, physical disabilities, and complex care needs. The last CQC inspection (2019) rated the home 'Good' across the board, and we are looking for the right leader to maintain and build on those standards.

• A proven Registered Manager with at least 5 years' experience managing residential or dementia care homes

• A Level 5 qualification in Leadership for Health & Social Care - essential

• A stable career history - no job-hoppers. Serious applicants only

• Someone confident, assertive, and capable of hitting the ground running

• Strong knowledge of CQC requirements, safeguarding, and staff leadership

• Experience with palliative care, ABI, bariatric care, Parkinson's, COPD, and stroke is a bonus

• 36-bed residential care home

• Specialises in older persons' care, dementia, and complex needs

• Also supports visual/hearing impairments, end-of-life care, and physical disabilities

• Offers respite care, day care, and long-term placements
