Start Date: January 2025

Salary: Main Pay Scale (MPS) or Upper Pay Scale (UPS) + Fringe Allowance (dependent on experience)

About the Role:
We are seeking a passionate and qualified Teacher of Mathematics to join our vibrant and successful school community in Slough. This is a fantastic opportunity to inspire and develop students love for mathematics across all Key Stages.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging and effective lessons across Key Stages 3, 4, and potentially 5.
• Plan, prepare, and deliver lessons in line with the national curriculum and school standards.
• Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment where all students can achieve their potential.
• Assess, track, and provide feedback on student progress and development.
• Collaborate with colleagues to contribute to the continuous improvement of the department.
• Engage in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching practices.

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• Proven experience teaching mathematics, with the ability to teach up to Key Stage 4 (Key Stage 5 desirable).
• A strong passion for mathematics and commitment to raising student achievement.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
