Why the role is available
The Method is targeting substantial growth and expansion over the next 2 3 years. We have a brand new product and see enormous potential for the performance improvement it delivers. The New Business Development Manager will work extensively with the Founder to deliver new revenue and substantial growth across a wide range of industries.

Key Responsibilities of the Business Development Manager:

  • Research and analyse market segments and trends in order to devise sustainable revenue growth strategy.
  • Identify target audiences, objectives and engaging content for marketing campaigns.
  • Strategic hunting for new business opportunities in new markets/sectors.
  • Develop wider and deeper account penetration within our existing portfolio of client accounts
  • Use existing sales and marketing tools and collaterals as well as creating and implementing new ones in order to source and approach potential clients, in turn growing and qualifying our lead pool.
  • Create and lead complex client presentations and product demo/taster sessions.
  • Ensure all client proposals and tenders are fully evolved as a selling document prior to being sent.
  • Respond to any client issues and escalations positively and provide solutions.
  • Work in partnership with the Delivery and Faculty colleagues to deliver our weekly Business As Usual
  • Maintain an effective line of communication between Sales, Client services and Training Faculty

Skills & Experience:

  • Will be a seasoned sales and marketing professional with extensive experience of the training industry.
  • Able to motivate, upskill and empower a sales team to deliver exceptional results.
  • Confident working with CRM and will develop and implement an appropriate sales system and processes
  • Been successful both in account management and business development sales roles
  • Able to effectively manage a busy workload and manage conflicting priorities.
  • Advance knowledge of Microsoft Word; Excel & PowerPoint is a requirement.
  • Experience to understand and work with new technologies i.e. Zoom, WebEx, Microsoft Teams.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-driven, organised and has an eye for detail
