The RoleWe are looking for an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to support our Heathrow branch. Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, this hands-on role is vital in ensuring the smooth running of our night operations.

You'll supervise a busy team, ensure freight is processed correctly and in line with regulations, and play a key part in maintaining high performance across the warehouse.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervising the labelling and put-away teams

• Ensuring all freight is labelled accurately for airline delivery

• Confirming all documents accompany freight as required

• Training new employees in company procedures and safety standards

• Maintaining compliance with CAA and UCH regulations

• Supporting with customer and internal queries as needed

What We're Looking For

Essential:

• Strong knowledge and experience within the aviation freight industry

• Excellent organisational and supervisory skills

• Commercial awareness and confident decision-making abilities

• Physically fit and comfortable with manual work

• Clear, calm communicator - even under pressure

• Fork lift experience

Desirable:

• CO/COS certification (training provided if not already held)
