Property Sourcer - Property Industry - 24,000 per annum (OTE: 50,000) Colchester - 9:00am - 5:30pm

A client of ours within the property industry, located in Colchester is recruiting a Property Sourcer to join their team. This is a newly created role due to company growth.

This is a full-time permanent position working Monday - Friday 9:00am - 5:30pm and paying 24,000 per annum (OTE: 50,000 per annum)

Key Duties include but are not limited to:

• Source and secure high-demand properties
• Conduct market research and appraisals
• Manage client relationships and negotiate deals
• Attend networking events and build your contact base
• Ensure all properties meet legal and compliance standards

Skills and Experience required to be considered for this Property Sourcer position:

• Experience in property sourcing or real estate
• Strong knowledge of the UK property market (Essex & Suffolk preferred)
• Great negotiation and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage your own pipeline
• Familiarity with CRM and property platforms
• Estate agency or investment background
• Existing industry contacts
• Up-to-date knowledge of property regulations
