RESIDENT BOARDING ASSISTANT

Required from September 2025.

We are looking to appoint a full time residential Boarding Assistant working in one of our Boarding Houses. The successful candidate will share the responsibility for the well-being and welfare of the boarders in the House. They will assist the Housemistress in the smooth running of the House.

The successful candidate will be caring, positive and conscientious with a good sense of humour, flexibility, stamina and attention to detail. This post would suit someone already pursuing a career in a boarding school environment or interested in doing so. Involvement in the wider life of the school is expected.

Queenswood is a GSA, BSA, HMC Boarding and Day School for approximately 480 girls aged 11-18, set in beautiful Hertfordshire Countryside close to London.

This is a full time post, working term-time only with an associated salary in the region of £20,758pa.
