Job Opportunity: Temporary Receptionist/Admin Officer Based in Enfield

Smart Teachers is seeking a Temporary Receptionist/Admin Officer for a prestigious independent school, starting 24th February. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced school administrator to join a dynamic and supportive environment.

Location: Enfield

Start Date: 24th February

Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:45 AM 3:45 PM

• Welcoming visitors and managing the school s reception area
• Handling phone calls and inquiries with professionalism
• Supporting the school office with administrative tasks such as filing and document management
• Maintaining attendance records and updating pupil information using iSAMS
• Assisting in event organization and ensuring smooth office operations
• Upholding safeguarding and compliance policies at all times

• Strong administrative and IT skills
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a busy school environment
• Previous school office experience is essential independent school experience is advantageous
• Proficiency with iSAMS and experience managing attendance records is highly desirable
