Key to its continued expansion will be the appointment of a Group Financial Controller to report directly to the CFO and take responsibility for group reporting and analysis including:

• Oversee subsidiary reporting
• Financial analysis and KPIs
• Forecasting and budgeting
• Covenant reporting
• Group reporting and consolidations
• Statutory reporting
• Key point of contact for auditors and tax
• Ad hoc - eg acquisition/due diligence

You should be a qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, ACMA, CIMA), several years' PQE, with some international and group accounting experience.
