Senior Construction Manager

Exciting Senior Construction Manager opportunity delivering key CAT A, CAT B and Cut & Carve fit out projects for a leading worldwide Tier 1 business.

About the role of Senior Construction Manager:

Working on commercial fit out projects valued upwards of 20 million across central London.

Responsibilities for Senior Construction Manager:

• Playing an active part in delivery on site
• Liaising with clients and building strong working relationships
• Providing leadership and direction to sub contractors
• Helping to devise cost-effective plans to enable effective project completion

Requirements for Senior Construction Manager:

• Experience delivering key projects from cradle to grave
• Experience working at a Tier 1 or Tier 2 main contractor
• CAT, CAT B and cut & carve experience on projects valued at least 20 million
• Comfortable leading teams
