Brickwork Manager

Brickwork / External Manager New Build Residential South West London
We are currently looking for an Externally-focused Site Manager with a bricklaying background for a large residential development in South West London. We are recruiting for a reputable developer and seek someone who has ideally worked on large, multi-phased schemes before - high-rise apartment blocks.

Desired Experience:

• Brickwork, SFS, doors/windows, masonry
• Strong knowledge of traditional brickwork
• SMSTS / NVQ Level 6
• Extensive experience in delivering external packages

Daily Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with site managers, contractors, and suppliers to align façade work with the project schedule
• Produce programs of work and planning ahead
• Identify and resolve issues related to façade installation, such as material defects or design discrepancies
• QA
• Communicate with all trades and subcontractors to ensure quality project delivery
• Provide regular updates on progress to the project manager
