About the Role:Supreme Recruitment are proud to be recruiting on behalf of a large, reputable courier company based in Rotherhithe. We're looking for an experienced Logistics Supervisor with a strong background in the courier or express delivery industry. This role offers the chance to lead a high-performing team and play a key role in the day-to-day running of operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily courier operations, ensuring all deliveries are made on time and to a high standard.
• Lead and support a team of drivers, sorters, and warehouse staff.
• Manage shift planning, routing, and fleet coordination.
• Monitor service levels, performance KPIs, and address any operational issues.
• Ensure full compliance with transport regulations and company procedures.
• Work closely with management to drive improvements in service and efficiency.

Requirements:

• Previous supervisory experience in the courier industry is essential.
• Excellent people management and organisational skills.
• Able to work under pressure and make quick decisions when needed.
• Comfortable using transport and route-planning systems.
• Flexible approach to working hours, especially during busy periods.
