Rickmansworth Physiotherapy & Massage is a private musculoskeletal (MSK), sports injury & orthopaedic rehabilitation clinic serving Rickmansworth, Croxley and surrounding areas. We adopt a functional, evidence-based approach, focusing on patient empowerment and helping clients return to meaningful activity.

We are seeking a part-time physiotherapist to join our small, supportive team. You will deliver assessments, treatments and rehab plans for a varied caseload of musculoskeletal patients. This role is either self employed commission, or a salaried role starting at £40,000 per annum pro rata depending on suitability. Salaried roles must be over 10 hours per week.

• Assess, diagnose and treat musculoskeletal conditions
• Provide sports massage, manual therapy, exercise prescription and patient education
• Maintain accurate clinical notes and outcome measures
• Work independently while contributing to the wider clinic team
• Liaise with other professionals where appropriate through letters and onward referrals
• Self directed CPD learning, but face to face feedback and support also provided

We are looking for a combination of evenings, alternate Saturday and some daytime hours. Successful candidates must be able to work a minimum of 1 evening and alternate weekend or 2 evenings per week. Total hours from 6-20 hours per week.

• Evenings: Monday, Wednesday or Thursday, 6pm-9pm (longer shifts starting in the afternoon are also possible)
• Saturdays: Alternate weekend morning clinic, 9am-2pm
• Additional daytime hours: Variable

Annual leave is 28 days per year pro rata, or comparable time off if self employed

• HCPC registration
• CSP membership (or equivalent)
• Minimum 12 months post-graduate experience in the UK including 6 months MSK
• Strong sports massage, manual therapy and exercise prescription skills
• Excellent communication and patient-centred approach
• Eligibility to Work in the UK and a clear Enhanced DBS check

• Experience in sports massage, acupuncture or soft tissue therapy
• Strength & conditioning knowledge and strong physiotherapy sporting knowledge
• Previous private practice experience
