We're changing early childhood education through our award-winning intergenerational approach in our not-for-profit daycare and preschool. In our co-located nursery in the grounds of a residential care home, we provide high-quality education in a safer learning environment and create meaningful connections between children and elderly residents. Our 'Outstanding' Ofsted-rated nursery provides exceptional education while fostering empathy, understanding, and community that benefits all. We are looking for a proven leader to help move our nursery forward.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Provide strategic leadership for our innovative nursery

Lead a dedicated team delivering exceptional early years education

Drive and develop our award-winning intergenerational curriculum and practices

Oversee daily operations, safeguarding, business and financial management, and all systems.

Participate in our intergenerational training program (no prior experience needed!)

Maintain our outstanding reputation and foster growth.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

Minimum Level 3 Early Years qualification

5+ years of leadership experience in early years

Strong safeguarding knowledge and experience

Excellent people management skills
