You will like

The HVAC Project Manager job itself (majoring in AC & Ventilation) where you will be involved in a wide variety of projects across the country, playing a part in the project delivery team managing installation of the Air Conditioning & Ventilation aspect of projects. More specifically:

• Managing projects with a value of up to £2M- Mechanical aspects of projects, specifically: Air Conditioning & Ventilation
• Working in a close-knit team
• Working on exciting projects across sectors including: Healthcare, Commercial, Industrial, Education, Hotels, Leisure, Manufacturing and Retail
• Fully involved in client meetings, organising sub-contractors
• Offered opportunities to progress and grow

You will have

To be successful as HVAC Project Manager, for AV & ventilation, you will have experience within the Building Services Sector as a Small Works Mechanical Estimator, HVAC Estimator or an Intermediate Mechanical Estimator.

Furthermore, we would be keen to speak to people who have a knowledge of programmes such as Hevacomp.

Finally, if you have any of the following qualifications, we would love to hear from you: HNC / HND in Mechanical/Building Services Engineering.
