Senior Electrical Project Manager
D&B Fit Out Projects (Up to £10M M&E)
We are currently recruiting on behalf of a respected and fast-growing building services contractor that specialises in high-value design & build fit out projects across London and the South East. They are now looking to appoint a Senior Electrical Project Manager to take ownership of complex projects, typically valued between £6M £10M, from pre-construction through to delivery.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is electrically biased with a solid understanding of mechanical systems, and who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in the coordination and leadership of major projects, building long-term relationships with clients and driving successful outcomes.
The Role:
£85,000 - £90,000 salary
Travel paid
Private healthcare (to be confirmed)
25 days annual leave + bank holidays

The Role:
- Oversee full lifecycle of projects from pre-construction through to completion.
- Lead and coordinate design development, procurement, delivery, and commissioning.
- Manage subcontractors and ensure that work is delivered on time and to the highest standard.
- Work closely with clients and consultants to ensure project expectations are exceeded.
- Provide technical leadership, commercial awareness, and team motivation throughout.
- Ensure compliance with health & safety and quality standards.
- Electrically biased background with experience in managing design & build fit-out projects.
- Good working knowledge of mechanical systems.
- Hands-on experience with Tier 1 contractors or complex commercial projects.
- Strong client-facing skills able to build trust and long-term relationships.
- Proven ability to deliver high-value projects under pressure and with autonomy.
- Strong leadership, organisational, and problem-solving abilities.
£85,000 - £90,000 salary
