• Supervise food preparation, cooking, and plating to ensure consistency and quality in every dish.
• Organise workflow across stations, including grill, sauté, and pastry, to guarantee timely service during peak hours and events.
• Adjust staffing schedules based on demand to optimise kitchen performance.
• Enforce health code standards adhering to FDA and local regulations, ensuring hygiene, storage, and sanitation best practices are upheld.
• Conduct regular kitchen inspections and address any violations promptly to maintain our high standards.
