Reporting into a hugely respected figure in the industry, the selected candidate will providing best in class valuations for loan security, investment, and wider strategic advice.

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

In this role you will provide valuation advise on residential development, single family housing for rent and strategic land. Whilst the firm boasts nationwide coverage, this role will focus on adding value withing Central London and the South East. You will work on diverse asset classes including Build to Rent, Single Family Housing, developments, strategic land, ground rent investments, and high value single homes within Prime Central London.

• Preparation of valuation reports for a broad range of purposes.
• Undertaking valuations across a broad range of asset types through the residential sector in London/South East region including development sites, investment portfolios and strategic land.
• Working closely leading market experts on high profile instructions.
• To support an expanding team in its generation of new clients by building strong relationships externally and internally.

WHAT EXPERIENCE DO YOU NEED?

• MRICS qualified
• Have some knowledge of Argus/Developer
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Team player who deals effectively with colleagues and clients.
• A self-starter with effective time management.
• A want to work with incredible instructions.
• Ideally experience within the residential sector.
