Occupational Therapy Practice Manager - Social Care

Location: North East London (Hybrid Working - Some On-Site Required)

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide professional leadership and day-to-day management of an Occupational Therapy team

• Ensure high-quality, person-centred assessment and intervention within social care frameworks

• Support staff development, supervision, and performance reviews

• Contribute to service planning, quality improvement, and operational delivery

• Maintain compliance with professional and statutory requirements

What We're Looking For:

• HCPC-registered Occupational Therapist

• Demonstrated supervisory or management experience

• Strong background in community-based or social care OT

• Confident communicator with excellent organisational and leadership skills

• Committed to delivering strengths-based, outcome-focused support
