Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Assembler to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical knowledge and experience in assembly processes. This role involves working with both hand and power tools to assemble components accurately and efficiently in a warehouse setting.

Duties

• Assemble products according to specifications and drawings, ensuring high-quality standards are met
• Utilise hand tools and power tools effectively for assembly tasks
• Conduct quality checks on assembled products to ensure compliance with company standards
• Maintain a clean and organised work area to promote safety and efficiency
• Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and deadlines
• Report any issues or discrepancies in the assembly process to the supervisor

Requirements

• Proven mechanical knowledge with the ability to interpret technical drawings
• Experience using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively
• Previous assembly experience is preferred, particularly in a warehouse environment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
• Ability to work well within a team as well as independently when required
• Good communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving

Hours:

• Monday to Thursday: 7am to 4pm
• Friday: 7am to 1pm
