This leading high-end propertyconsultancy company is looking for a Team Administrator to the propertymanagement division of the business.
Your new role
Manage team calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments to ensure smooth operations. Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders. Organising team nights out and coordinating events. Coordinate liaison with vendors and contractors for property maintenance and repairs, ensuring timely resolution of issues. Ensure all property management activities comply with laws and regulations, and maintain accurate records of property transactions and tenant agreements. Provide training and support to new team members, monitor team performance, and foster a positive and productive work environment. What you'll needto succeed
Experience in a team administration position within the property or construction space. Some level of property management exposure is ideal but not essential. Polite, professional and friendly phone manner. Proficient use of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint & SharePoint) What you'll getin return
