As a Teaching Assistant, you will help make the school a welcoming and supportive place for students to learn. You will work closely with teachers and staff to support students who need extra help. Responsibilities of a Teaching Assistant:

• Help with Lesson Planning: Assist teachers to create engaging and imaginative lessons to encourage student s interest.
• Offer Individual Support: Provide help to one-to-one or small groups of students.
• Build Positive Relationships: Develop supportive connections with students to boost their confidence and encourage participation.
• Promote Positive Behaviour: Assist in managing behaviour to ensure a calm and productive classroom.
• Work as a Team: Collaborate with teachers and staff to enhance the learning experience for all students.
