BIM Technician / Revit CAD Technician - M&E Building Services

Based in the Hoddesdon area, the company are a leading and highly-respected Mechanical and Electrical Building Services contractor.

Predominantly operating within the commercial fit out sector, the company provide a full range of Mechanical and Electrical services from design through to installation and commissioning with typical project values ranging from 100k up to 4m.

As a result of continued growth, an excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced BIM Technician / Revit CAD Technician to join their pre-construction design team.

BIM Technician - Desirable Experience and Key Skills:

• Minimum 5 years experience as a BIM Technician / Revit CAD Engineer
• M&E Building Services experience is essential
• Strong Design and Construction knowledge
• Excellent communication and presentation skills

Salary and Benefits Package for the position of BIM Technician include:

• Base salary: 50,000 - 60,000 depending on experience
