Who we're looking for:

• Graduates (subject-related degree, advantageous) or professionals from other sectors
• Experience working or volunteering with young people (preferred)
• Strong communication and enthusiasm for education
• Understanding of safeguarding and willingness to complete KCSIE training (mandatory)
• Enhanced DBS Check holders will be fast-tracked
