Field Service Engineer - Print Solutions

Role Overview:
As a Field Service Engineer, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of our clients' print solutions. This position requires a motivated individual with a strong technical background in servicing and repairing multi-functional devices (MFDs) and other print-related equipment. Experience with IT and telecoms solutions would be a distinct advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose, service, and repair a wide range of office equipment, including multi-functional devices from brands such as
• Develop, Epson, Lexmark, Toshiba and Kyocera.
• Provide on-site technical support and maintenance to clients across Essex and surrounding areas.
• Deliver excellent customer service, ensuring client satisfaction with every interaction.
• Perform installations, software upgrades, and network configurations as required.
• Maintain accurate service records and documentation.
• Collaborate with the sales and support teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

About You:

• Proven experience working with brands such as Develop, Epson, Lexmark, Toshiba and Kyocera.
• Strong technical knowledge of multi-functional devices and related software solutions.
• Experience or knowledge of IT and telecoms solutions is a bonus.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage your schedule effectively.
• Willingness to travel as part of the role.
• A valid UK driving license.
