Multi Trade Operative

Position: Multi Trader
Location: West London
Hours: 40 hours per week (7am7pm)

Our client, a respected independent building contractor, is looking for a Multi-Trader to join their Maintenance team. You ll handle a variety of responsive repairs and planned maintenance tasks across estate properties, ensuring high-quality and efficient results.

Key Responsibilities

Painting, decorating, and general property repairs (plastering, flooring, bricklaying, rendering).
Understanding building methods and conservation techniques (preferred).
Represent the team on projects and maintain strong customer relationships.
Ensure compliance with Health & Safety standards.
Work closely with scheduling teams to meet targets and deadlines.
Essential Skills

NVQ Level 2 in a building trade (or equivalent).
Proven carpentry experience across various projects.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Time management and ability to work from verbal or written instructions.
