Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging and differentiated lessons aligned with the National Curriculum.
• Create an inclusive and positive learning environment that encourages student participation.
• Assess, record, and report on students' progress to identify areas for development.
• Build strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues to support learning and growth.
• Manage classroom behaviour effectively, fostering a safe and respectful atmosphere.
• Adapt teaching strategies to meet the needs of students with diverse abilities.

Requirements

• Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent teaching qualification.
• Have proven experience teaching in primary education settings.
• Demonstrate a passion for teaching and inspiring young learners.
• Exhibit excellent classroom management and communication skills.
• Be adaptable, proactive, and committed to fostering a love for learning in every child.
