Project Manager

We're partnering exclusively with a prestigious London university to recruit several experienced Project Managers for long-term capital and estates projects.

Pay: £36.46 per hour (Outside IR35)

Duration: 6-12 months

Location: London (Hybrid)

Part-time & Full-time options available

We are looking for skilled Project Managers in the following areas:

• Fire Alarm / Lift Project Manager - 21 hours per week
• General Project Manager (Construction / M&E) - 21 hours per week
• Fabric Project Manager - 35 hours per week
• M&E Project Manager - 35 hours per week

• Overseeing multiple projects ranging from £50k to £2m
• Working across multiple sites within the university estate
• Engaging with key stakeholders and delivering progress and budget reports
• Managing external contractors and consultants
• Supporting budget management and procurement processes

Proven experience managing multiple concurrent projects

Relevant qualification or hands-on experience in:

• Construction
• M&E
• Fire alarms or lifts
• Fabric projects

Public sector experience is highly desirable
