Inventory Clerk - Start ASAP London £28,000 + BonusWe're looking for a proactive Inventory Clerk to join our busy property team in London. You'll be carrying out inventories, tenant check-ins/check-outs, and regular property inspections using Inventory Base software, plus helping with some light office admin.You'll be out and about across London, with a company iPad and phone provided, and working closely with tenants and landlords to keep everything running smoothly.What we're looking for:

• 6 months minimum in a similar role
• Detail-focused and reliable
• Confident with technology (Inventory Base experience a bonus)
• Strong communication skills and a professional manner
• Previous property/inventory experience preferred but not essential
• Driving licence/car helpful but not required

• Salary: £28,000 + bonus
• Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:30am - 6:00pm
