Supported Housing Officer (Tenancy)

We are currently recruiting for Supported Housing Officers with experience in Tenancy Management in Watford.

Contract: Temp to Perm (3 months temp)

Shifts: 8am - 4pm / 1pm - 9pm over 7 days (Including weekends)

Hours per week: 37.5

Salary: £29,848.00 Per Annum PAYE: £17.14, Umbrella: £19.71,

Job Details:

• Support residents with their tenancy agreements, ensuring they understand and adhere to their responsibilities.
• Take legal tenancy action when required, including issuing Section 8 and Section 21 notices.
• Attend court proceedings to complete the legal process for tenancy actions.
