We re looking for a Senior Health and Safety Advisor to join a leading UK infrastructure business, supporting high-profile projects across the Thames Valley region. This is a newly created role due to continued growth, offering a mix of on-site presence and home-based flexibility.
This is a senior-level opportunity to help drive performance, support strategic initiatives, and lead a team of advisors across varied, high-value projects.
You ll play a key role in influencing safety behaviours, working closely with project teams, supply chain partners, and senior leaders to deliver real impact.
Key duties of the Senior Health and Safety Advisor: - Lead and support a team of Health and Safety Advisors across multiple sites.
- Collaborate with operational teams to influence behavioural safety and performance.
- Support strategic initiatives alongside the Health and Safety Manager.
- Oversee health and safety reporting systems, data analysis and performance metrics.
- Conduct site visits, accident investigations and stakeholder engagement.
- Champion compliance, continuous improvement, and best practice across all project areas.

- Annual salary of £55,000 - £65,000.
- £350 per month car allowance or a company car, plus mileage.

Please apply if you: - Hold a NEBOSH Construction certificate (Diploma or working towards is desirable).
- Have experience in temporary works, deep excavations, or the water/rail/infrastructure sectors.
- Are confident with CDM and performance management systems (including client reporting).
- Have a background in strategic health and safety work or behavioural safety initiatives.
