This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, growing environment and enjoys improving systems, processes, and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations across supply chain, logistics, and fulfilment.

• Manage relationships with suppliers and third-party logistics partners (3PLs).

• Ensure smooth global shipping, inventory accuracy, and cost efficiency.

• Build and maintain operational dashboards and performance reports.

• Identify and implement process improvements to drive scalability and sustainability.

• Collaborate cross-functionally to align operations with business and customer goals.

About You

• Proven expertise in operations, logistics, or supply chain (fashion or eCommerce preferred).

• Skilled in Shopify and inventory management systems.

• Strong analytical and reporting ability with a solutions-focused mindset.

• Excellent communicator, adaptable, and customer-obsessed.
