Teaching Assistant SEN

Contract: Temporary (ongoing agency supply work)Start Date: ASAPContract Type: Full-Time, Part-Time, Term-Time OnlyKey ResponsibilitiesSupporting students with a range of Special Educational Needs (SEN), including autism, ADHD, speech and language difficulties, and social/emotional needsAssisting the class teacher in creating an inclusive and supportive environmentDelivering tailored 1:1 or small group support to help pupils achieve their learning goalsEncouraging independence and confidence in studentsSupporting behaviour management strategies in line with school policiesWhat You'll NeedPrevious experience working with children or young people (school or SEN setting)A relevant qualification (e.g., CACHE Level 2/3, EYFS or SEN training) is desirable.A patient, caring and proactive attitudeExcellent communication skills and interpersonal skillsAbility to adapt and work effectively within a classroom environmentEnhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply)What We Offer:
