Finance Business Partner

Due to growth, this leading public sector organisation, with a financial services remit, is looking to recruit an additional Financial Buiness Partner to provide strategic financial support and advice to specfic internal departments and stakeholders. The role hybrid with office attendance expected twice a week.

Description

The Finance Business Partner reports to the Head of Financial Business Partnering and will be responsible for:

• Providing a high quality financial business partnering service to specific departments and senior stakeholders, with a budget value of c. 20m
• Ensuring month end management accounts, dashboards and reporting can be completed on a timely basis
• Providing insightful and actionable commentary to month end reporting
• Supporting the annual business planning process by the design and review of budgets, assessment and challenge of initiatives and plans.
• Representing Finance on project groups

Profile

The successful Finance Business Partner will be a fully qualified Accountant (CIMA, ACA, ACCA, CIPFA etc) with at least two years post qualification experience.

It is essential that you have extensive demonstrable exposure of working in a similar position supporting non-finance budget holders at a senior level including c-suite.

A Finance Business Partner with a previous commercial and/or financial services background is preferred along with previous systems reporting experience. Previous use of X-Ledger would be a bonus.

Job Offer

A salary range of 55,000 - 60,000 dependant on previous experience, plus an attractive benefits package and hybrid working.

Please note, you will be required to attend the London office two days a week.
