Trevett Services have an exciting opportunity for a Head of Projects to join a leading FM provider covering a muliple sites in London.

This is a full time permanent position paying up too £90,000 per annum with a car allowance and generous bonus scheme,

Key Responsibilities of the Head of Projects:

• Develop and lead teams providing training and development
• Generate a sales pipeline to deliver revenues to the business unit
• Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
• Ensure the safe delivery of projects through the management of risk and competence.
• Plan and develop long term opportunities by creating a pipeline of opportunities.
• Ensure projects are delivered on all maintenance contracts.
• Manage Business unit forecast
• Negotiate contractual obligations and disputes upstream and downstream

Head of Projects essential experience:

• Proven track record of delivering projects for a main contractor
• Experience of developing new project opportunities
• Proven experience of running a P&L
• Demonstrable evidence of having managed a team
• Experience of creating, presenting and managing on bids, tenders and proposals.
