Customs Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Customs Clearance Operator to join our busy and supportive team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong background in customs operations who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and delivering excellent customer service.

• Handle customs clearance processes for commercial vehicle operators across Europe and worldwide.
• Work as part of an operational team, liaising with clients face-to-face and over the telephone.
• Ensure all documentation and compliance requirements are completed accurately and on time.
• Support smooth and efficient operations in a 24/7 environment.

• Minimum 5 years' experience in customs clearance or a related operational role.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work well as part of a busy team.
• Flexible, enthusiastic, and willing to learn.

• 12-hour shifts:
• Day shift: 8am - 8pm
• Night shift: 8pm - 8am
• Includes weekends.
• 14 shifts over a 4-week period.
