Our client is an award winning financial services provider with a strong focus on high-net-worth and complex mortgage and wealth planning solutions. With more than 25 years' experience, they specialise in areas such as mortgages, insurance & protection, financial planning and commercial finance.

An exciting new role has been created for an Operations Director, to play a pivotal role in the operational strategy, driving business growth and operational excellence. You will oversee day to day operations, developing and delivering the operational strategy, optimise systems and processes, and drive digital innovation to enhance client experience and business performance.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who knows the mortgage and wealth sector inside out and wants to make a genuine impact across technology, people, and process.

Experience required:

• Significant experience in an operational leadership role within financial services
• Proven track record of driving digital transformation and operational improvement.
• Strong project management skills, with experience delivering cross-functional initiatives.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and data analytics platforms (e.g., PowerBI).
