About the Role:

As a Sales Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving growth and fostering relationships within the IT service sector. You'll be at the forefront of connecting with IT service customers, leveraging your communication skills to make a significant impact.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and engage with IT service customers through proactive outreach.
• Promote the range of products and services.
• Source leads via Google Maps, LinkedIn, and hardware procurement contacts.
• Manage a pipeline of sales leads.
• Help maintain maximum profitability and continued sales growth based on individual and company targets.
• Make 40-60 calls per day in your first year, transitioning to 10-20 calls after six months.
• In your second year, continue building relationships with 5-10 calls per day.

• Salary: 24,000 - 26,000.
• Earning Potential: Year 1: 35k - 40k; Year 2: 45k - 55k Year 3: 60k - 100k
• Bonus Structure: Earn up to 30% on performance-based bonuses (top earners exceeding 200k!).

Hours: Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5:30pm

Annual leave: 20 days + Bank holidays, after 3 years 25 days + Bank holidays, after 5 years 30 days + Bank holidays.
