Are you a Building Surveyor or similar looking for a role inside an M&E company who are offering progression into senior roles alongside a range of other company benefits?

THE ROLE:

• Inspecting properties to see what repairs are needed
• Helping fix unexpected problems by helping engineers find the solutions
• Visiting sites in London
• Ensuring quality and time standards
• 2 Days in office and 3 days on site

THE PERSON:

• Surveying experience on existing buildings and plant rooms
• Central plant replacement experience
• Qualified in Mechanical/Building Service Design
