Exciting times for my client looking to grow their Commercial team, who are one of the UK's leading Main Contractors are very keen to talk to Senior Quantity Surveyors in the Berkshire area.

You will need to be motivated, technically strong and be sharp at managing the cost and contractual aspects of complex projects. Looking for someone who wants to work in small and big teams depending on what projects you will be delivering.

The Role

My client are renound for their strong employee longevity, build strong and driven teams to suceed in the competitive construction industry. You will be given the ownership to take the lead on your assigned projects and manage valuations, project cashflows, turnover forcasts, monthly cost reports and progress all the records. This role will be at ther Head Office, with the team and going through the up and coming projects. Attending weekly meetings with the Commercial and Production teams, ensuring workload targets deadlines are met and commercial tasks are met and updated monthly. They have some really exciting projects on the go and in the pipeline, circa 50- 60 million.
