Role Snapshot - What You'll Do

• Install, service and commission a range of residential AV/SMART-home systems

• Troubleshoot issues and provide client support on site

• Work within a small team and occasionally autonomously across London

• Keep records up to date and communicate clearly with clients and colleagues

You'll Need

• Understanding of audio-visual and IT systems

• Knowledge of Control4/ Lutron / similar systems

• Motivation to progress your AV career through training and development

• Enjoy working in an SME with clear progression pathways
